How MythGuard decides
- Your message is checked against MythGuard’s database of verified health claims, including common Hindi and Hinglish words.
- If it matches, you get the verdict instantly, with a short explanation and at least two trusted sources.
- If it doesn’t match, AI compares it with similar claims in the database, catching rewordings and messages that say the opposite of a myth.
- If it’s a new claim, AI searches trusted health websites such as WHO, CDC, NIH, NHS, MoHFW and ICMR. It may only answer TRUE or FALSE when it is highly confident and cites at least two of them. New answers are saved for review by our team before they join the database.
- If evidence is unclear or nothing can be confirmed, the answer is UNVERIFIED. MythGuard never guesses.
